Building Generational Success through Education and EncouragementAbout Us

Established in July 2003 as NewLife Housing Foundation, our faith-based organization acknowledged a calling to cultivate affordable housing communities throughout the state.  Our unique approach to constructing neighborhoods of hope included building enriched people, lasting relationships and ultimately, successful communities.

Circa 2009, still known as NewLife Housing, our agency continued to gain traction.  Through increasing awareness and strategic partnerships; and with a handful of part-time employees, NewLife provided vital social services to residents at six properties across Texas.  As tax credit properties, we were mandated by the state to offer a seemingly small amount of hours of programming/services on a monthly basis.  As an agent of God’s community, however, we wanted do more than the least and make a larger impact on the communities we served.

By 2011 we had 11 communities in eight cities spanning from near the Gulf to the Panhandle.  With goals and objectives to enhance all facets of programming, we began to chart a revised course; revamping our image, direction and our name.  By the beginning of 2012, NewLife Alliance emerged with a redefined, outcome-focused strategy and vision to rely on the strength of our programming to produce heightened awareness and additional funds.
