Ready for Work

July 25, 2012

We would like to thank our business partners for supporting our Ready For Work apprenticeship program. This is RFW’s inaugural year program and we are very excited to engage teens at 2 of our communities in Abilene and Stephenville.  Ready For Work was created to address specific academic, social and vocational needs of youth ages 14 to 17. We identify youth who are ready to engage in job readiness programming; teaching them new skills to utilize within professional work environments.

Thank you to Salon Sheron, Play Faire Park, Minute Man Press, KGNZ Radio, and Action Sports Medicine in Abilene.

And to Rocky Creek Builders, Stephenville Public Library, R&R Bar B Que, A Time to Bead, Lone Star Glass and Star Council in Stephenville.

Without your partnership we could not succeed in providing this tremendous opportunity to these wonderful youth.

For information on how you can assist Ready For Work, or any NewLife Program, please feel free to contact us at any time.
